About Pleasant S. Brodnax, III

A skilled courtroom advocate and negotiator, Mr. Brodnax specializes in federal criminal litigation. He is a former Virginia Assistant Attorney General and has over 30 years of courtroom experience.

Mr. Brodnax is a highly-regarded white-collar criminal defense attorney who regularly represents individual and corporate clients in criminal investigations and enforcement proceedings conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and local Virginia prosecutors.

His representations include matters relating to the theft of trade secrets, antitrust laws, export-import violations, government contracting, bribery and gratuities laws, international trade, health care fraud and labor certification fraud. Mr. Brodnax has also provided criminal representation to elected and political officials and professional sports personalities.

Mr. Brodnax also gives back to the legal community through his volunteer bar activities.
